Please note, it is not necessary to apply for an account if you simply wish to search the data. However, this project also encourages submissions of data from the public. It is oriented with the goals of citizen science [1].

1. This system only allows new records from people who have been approved as contributors. So the first step is to [apply for an account].
2. Once you are approved, you will be able to return to this site and login with your username and password. The system will automatically help you reset your password should you need another one.
3. Upon logging in, you will be able to complete an incident report form (see sample input). This will be submitted for review by authorised users who may ask for further clarifications, reject the submission, or add it to the official database.
